The Penny Loafer by CASATLANTIC and MORJAS is crafted by hand on a double leather sole. The Goodyear welt construction is set on a round and robust co-developed last, inspired by an era that has long passed.
Precisely 128 steps have been passed from first cut to last finish. All parts of the shoe are made of 100% leather with a cork filling between the sole and the upper part, making this a companion for decades to come.

Product care
If handled with care, these shoes can be your companions for many years to come. Always use cedar wood shoe trees in between wears as this will help maintain the shape and fit. Avoid wearing the shoes two days in a row and try to alternate between your shoe arsenal as the loafers need time to rest after wear.
When the leather looks in need of a refreshing brush and moist, follow these steps:
1. Eliminate any excess dirt with a damp soft cloth.
2. Brush the leather outer with a high-quality shoe cream in suitable color, this will help to protect the natural oils lost during outdoor wear.
3. Buff any excess cream with a dry cloth to achieve a natural shine.
If your leather feels especially dry, use a shoe conditioner before the cream to increase longevity.

Returns
Casatlantic has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. The order must be returned in original condition with included original packaging.

THE PENNY LOAFER SIZE GUIDE
This size guide will offer two ways of finding the right size for you.
The Casatlantic & MORJAS teams have all tried the shoes and compared the sizing with other shoe brands they wear. What all of us experienced is that The Penny Loafer fit half a size bigger than most brands.
We took a closer look at Nathaniel’s experience of the sizing compared to other shoe brands he wears, and have concluded that he sizes down half a size with the Casatlantic x MORJAS Penny Loafer.

The second way to find out your size is by measuring your feet.
1. Wearing socks, stand on a piece of paper with your feet against the wall.
2. Make a mark at the front of your longest toe.
3. Take a ruler and measure between the base of the paper to the marked line.
Now use your measurement and select the size based on your foot’s length (see size chart below).

How should loafers fit?
We recommend loafers to fit tight when you try them on. Why? Because they will stretch a bit after wear and shape after your feet. Our loafers are also filled with cork between the soles. The purpose with the cork is to shape after your feet. Your body’s temperature will heat the cork and hence mould after your feet. Hence, you will sink down 1-2mm in your shoes after a few wears.
