What you will do

As our Customer Service Representative your responsibilities include:

  • First-hand service to our clients in written communication.
  • Address inquiries related to Casatlantic’s products, services, and policies.
  • Efficient problem-solving and top of the line after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement a strong system to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience (CX).

Ideal candidate

  • Is based in Gothenburg, Sweden
  • Minimum: High School education
  • Excellent in Swedish and English communication
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Is positive-minded and enjoys working in a small team
  • Demonstrates good work ethics
  • Organized and attentive to details in all parts of duties and responsibilities
