Return policy

Return period

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns should be registered within this period through our Start a Return function.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached and, where applicable, their original packaging. Garments may be tried on for fit, but should otherwise remain unworn and be handled with care.

Please make sure they are free from signs of wear, stains, marks or damage, and take particular care with perfume, smoke, make-up, deodorant and other odours when trying them on. Any original cases, accessories or other items supplied with the product should also be returned. Garments that have been altered, tailored, washed or otherwise modified by the customer cannot be returned.


Cleaning & loss in value

If an item is returned in a condition that requires professional cleaning before it can be resold, a cleaning fee of €20 may be deducted from your refund. If an item has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.


Returns that do not meet our policy

Every return is inspected when it reaches us. Returns sent outside the applicable return period may be declined. If an item does not meet the conditions above, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund or, where permitted, decline the return.

If a return is declined, you are responsible for both the original return cost and the cost of sending the item back to you. Nothing in this Return Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
