Return policy

Returns

You can return or exchange orders from Casatlantic.com within 14 days of delivery. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can request store credit equal to the item’s value. If you choose store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Just include a note in your return request specifying that you’d like store credit, and once we process your return, we’ll issue the credit for a new order. Please note that our exchange policy only applies to full-priced items.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. If these conditions aren’t met, you’ll need to pay shipping costs to have the items sent back.

A €20 dry cleaning fee applies to items returned with odors, such as perfume or smoke, that make them unsellable. Please try on garments in a clean, odor-free area.

We do not accept responsibility for products lost during the return delivery. After your return is received we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 3-8 bank days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Casatlantic does not cover shipping costs for returns. 

If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you.


Return cost

Casatlantic provides shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns:

Sweden: 70 SEK
European Union: 20 EUR
UK, Switzerland and Norway: 25 EUR
North America:  30 EUR
Rest of the world: 40 EUR

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable.

Please note that we only accept returns using our provided shipping label, which covers any additional duties that may apply to returns from outside the EU.

The cost for a pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from the refund.


Unclaimed packages

If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed, any import duties, taxes, and shipping costs incurred will not be covered by Casatlantic and will be deducted from the refund amount.


Repeated returns

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and reserve the right to refuse future orders that we believe are in breach of our terms and conditions.
